I know laser IV therapy works, because I tested it on myself.
I’m talking about a new kind of treatment that will make you feel alert and energetic — which is especially important the more you age.
You won’t hear about it from mainstream medicine, which regards IV laser therapy as “experimental” — but it works, because it applies scientifically proven techniques.
It was an easy procedure. In a single, 10-minute session, all of the blood in my body circulated past the laser, which repaired damaged cells. The treatment uses a pale blue light and glows cool so it doesn’t damage any healthy cells.
Laser IV therapy works because of the energizing impact it has on your mitochondria, the tiny powerhouses that are in each of your cells and responsible for giving you energy.
Throughout your whole life, your experience of energy and alertness comes from these tiny power generators.
The problem is that as you get older the number and efficiency of your mitochondria declines.
That’s why I was so excited recently about introducing laser IV therapy at my Sears Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine.
Patients who have already received IV laser therapy at my clinic have reported:
- More energy;
- Feeling better generally;
- Improved sleep patterns;
- Better mood;
- Reduction of medications.
I felt energized, too, and afterward I was hyperalert and brimming with energy. I was more focused and clear-headed than I’ve ever felt in my life.
But IV laser therapy does more than give you energy, it also helps you manage pain and fight the diseases of aging.
You see, superficial lasers have been used for years to treat cuts and wounds. But IV lasers can penetrate much deeper, so it can reach your tissues and heals more serious concerns.
Three things happen during the treatment. Your chronic pain is reduced, tissue healing — in muscles, cells, soft tissues, ligaments and bones — speeds up, and inflammation is reduced.
Inflammation is the body’s effort to heal itself, but too much of it over long periods of time is at the root of most of the diseases associated with aging — like cancer, heart disease, arthritis, arteriosclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease and diabetes.
This chronic inflammation comes from processed foods, nutrient deficiencies, prescription and over-the-counter meds and environmental pollutants that are packed with all sorts of chemicals that directly cause inflammation and burden your body.1
Stress also causes inflammation.
Today, you are being assaulted constantly by stressors that can last for days or years. The problem is that the modern world causes you to overuse cortisol — as well as other stress hormones, like adrenaline and norepinephrine. Your body wasn’t built for that.
Cortisol levels also increase with age. And an excess of cortisol plays havoc with your body. It’s directly linked with chronic inflammation.2
I’ve had great success treating — and banishing — adrenal fatigue with IV laser therapy at my Wellness Center. That’s because adrenal fatigue is often caused by chronic inflammation.
IV laser therapy is a great treatment for it, because it reduces inflammation by activating and detoxing your lymphatic system, which circulates fluids, wastes, nutrients and infection-fighting white blood cells. It also helps move the lymph fluids to the lymph nodes, where they are purified and toxins are removed. Its effectiveness is crucial to a strong immune system.
My patients also tell me laser IV therapy:
- Reduces joint pain;
- Improves osteoarthritis symptoms;
- Speeds up recovery after injury.
And there is significant clinical evidence that it can help fight off Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and many other diseases that can contribute to physical and mental decline.3,4,5,6,7,8

But if your energy levels are low, I also recommend mitochondria-supporting supplements. Here are two of my favorites:
CoQ10: This nutrient does wonders for your energy, endurance, and makes your thinking quicker and clearer. It works by giving your mitochondria more energy. The trouble is that most CoQ10 supplements use a cheaper, less absorbable form of the enzyme — ubiquinone. I recommend that you look for the ubiquinol form of CoQ10 that’s eight times more powerful.You can also find ubiquinol online or at some health food stores. Irecommend 50 mg daily.9Organ meats like liver and kidney have the highest amount of naturally occurring CoQ10. Grass-fed beef, sardines, mackerel, spinach, broccoli and cauliflower are also great sources.
PQQ: This nutrient actually increases the number of mitochondria in your cells. And that gives your energy levels a real boost. PQQ also keeps CoQ10 in your bloodstream longer. Take both supplements together to give you the best results and the most energy possible. I recommend 10 mg daily. Foods with the most PQQ are fermented soy products, like natto and tofu. It’s also found in eggs, parsley, green peppers, kiwi and green tea.
